The Mama Circle offers a monthly in-person circles for mums and their little ones, with onsite childcare provided on the first Saturday morning of every month.

This is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, gift yourself a couple of hours with like-minded mums for deeper conversation and connection, whilst your kids play close by in nature with experienced childcare staff.  

The circles take place at The Ting Hoose – a brand new venue on the serene Marcassie Farm, near Rafford, Forres.

This circle is your chance to nurture and nourish yourself in an idyllic setting and to let go of all you’re holding in a safe space.

For the investment in your ticket, you will receive:

• A guided meditation (don’t worry if you’ve never done one before!)
• A guided journalling session to write down your thoughts
• Delicious luxury tea and cake
• A chance to share anything you need to talk about right now (although you don’t need to share if you don’t want to)
• A chance to meet like-minded women and have deeper, more connected conversation
• An experienced facilitator who nurtures you, as you so truly deserve
• Qualified forest school leaders and childcare staff offering a gentle child-led nature play session
• A low sugar plant based hot chocolate and biscuit for your little people

So whilst I nurture you mama, you can feel safe in the knowledge your children will be playing outside with gentle and experienced childcare staff. Your children can come in and out of the space as they need to and of course babes in arms can be with you the whole time.

Your children can have plenty of fun playing outdoors, doing craft activities and exploring the paddock whilst you spend some time on you and your needs for a little while.
