Coorietime – outdoor, well-being & nature connection session

We invite you to join us to explore how connected with nature we are and the benefits of being so. There will be a short information aspect to these sessions and the opportunity to participate in a mindfulness practice and nature-based craft activity.
We will be spending part of our time together outside so please dress accordingly, and part of our time seated around a fire. Please bring a camping chair/stool to sit on if you need to, we have mats for those happy to sit on the ground.
